These are Standard Briskets, which differs slightly from our Competition Briskets. These briskets will have a 1/2" fat cap and may have small amounts of lean exposure on the main body of the brisket.

Good not like I remember

Decent

Excellent product, service, and delivery

I ordered a prime brisket for the first time; normally I get the prime competition briskets. The quality is, as advertised, just as excellent. In this case, as I was ordering a new product, I had some questions, and Kyle from Creekstone answered my emails within minutes each time. He also had a question for me prior to shipping, to ensure I was getting what I wanted. Creekstone provides excellent service as well as product.

Not as good as first one

This was our second brisket from your company. First was great this one 50% fat. Lean portion had good tenderness and flavor but half not edible. We tossed 6 lbs .

This was the best piece of meat that I have ever cooked and by far the best that I have ever eaten.
