Both products are really good. The Outside Strip Steak is better than Rib-eye steak. I've BBQ'd with and without marinating. It is always tender and beefy. The signature Brisket ground beef is REALLY good. Last night I prepared Ground Beef & Mushroom Stroganoff. Makes a meal great no matter how I prepare. I even make Mexican Ground Beef - freeze and bag ib 1/4 lb amount and use as a mix with chiles and cheese for a great breakfast scrambled egg. The only limitation is your brain.

Bought 2 pkgs. skirt steak. Wish I could get more often. Still have one pkg. left from previous order. Anytime I have guest over I always have Creekstone Farms food. That’s all I have in my freezer anyway. They always ask where the meat came from. I just pull it up on the phone. They look at it and ask if it’s worth it. I tell them your eating it, you tell me. Answer: Always a resounding yes. I do have one problem. They never return the invite. But they want to call and ask for recipe advice. Not a chance. First smoke: 1977 Labor Day weekend. Opening of dove season. Anyone who has done this a lot knows there are still things to learn and almost ever cook is different yet similar. Remember to have fun, learn and enjoy good fellowship.
