Michael C. Great looking Comp brisket! The marbling was good for a prime brisket. Cooked at 250 degrees for 12hrs. Once it was all said and done. The family was very pleased! It was tender, moist and delicious. Thanks Creekstone!

Tyson Smoked two briskets from two different sources, and hands down the favorite was Creekstone’s. Fat rendered nicely, and the meat retained moisture better.

Roger J. This brisket was the best tasting beef I have ever eaten. Actually tasted better than any steak I ever had. But I am going to try Creek stone steaks next. Would recommend Creekstone Farms beef completely.
