Wonderful beef.

We purchased a full packer brisket, smoked it for 18 hours and everyone loved it. I have been purchasing meat from two other suppliers, but the speed of this delivery and the quality was impressive. We also, several ribeye steaks and hamburger patties, we have not tried them as of date.

As always these are top notch steaks. The value for this quality is next level

Very tender, great marbling. I cut into 1 1/2in steaks. Produced 13 steaks total. Definitely buying another once I’m out!

2 orders of strips were supposed to be shipped with whole ribeye, but were left out. Spoke with Courtney who apologized and had them sent right away. Courtney was extremely polite and the strips and ribeye were delicious! This was 2 order from creekside. Will be making a third.

Many months ago, before winter, I bought the combo butt & ribs. We did 2 rib racks on a pellet smoker right away. We used the 2/2 method and the results were fantastic. We did a butt on the pellet smoker in the traditional way and again the results were fantastic. That left 1 butt and 2 racks remaining in the freezer. Being wussed at winter, I did the last butt in the oven. Again , the results were fantastic. Last week we did the last racks on the pellet smoker using the 2/2 method. Without question, these were the finest ribs I have ever made. A word about the butts and ribs from Creekstone: The meatiness is extraordinary. The trimming is done extremely well, especially the ribs. Well that's the end of the first butt & rib combo. I just orders the same combo again and it's waiting for another great smoke. Creekstone has by far the best pork money can buy. Thanks......
