Creekstone Review

The St.Louis ribs were exceptional. Ribs were very well trimmed and ready to smoke. Final result after smoking were very meaty ribs. Likely the best St.Louis ribs I've ever done.

I have not smoked a butt as of yet but they look really good.

A word about your packaging. The vacuum packing of the meats is very good. The boxing of your product absolutey SUKS!! The fancy blue bags are flimsy and worthless. No doubt these bags add to the overall price of the product, what a waste. The number of frozen ice blocks makes the boxes un manageable, way to heavy and unecessary. I receive meats from Brooklyn, NY that is fresh, NOT FROZEN using only one (1) frozen ice pack and they arrive perfectly.

Always excellent

The two butts and ribs, plus a brisket, make a perfect combo for my street party. The butts were excellent, with almost no trimming required, and the ribs were very meaty. As always, delivery was prompt and reliable, so I can wait to confirm good weather ahead and order week of.

Most discerning grilling enthusiasts know that heritage breed pork is the way to experience the best in pork flavor. Commercial pork, what was once touted as "the other white meat" in most cases has its flavor determined by the flavorings such as rubs and brines put on it.
Creekstone Farms pork not only has that great flavor the trimming is the best I have seen. The pork butt meat when smoked and pulled comes out with a silky texture attributed to the beautiful marbling in the meat. The ribs are very consistent in size end to end which makes for a perfect doneness. Both are the finest pork cuts you will find anywhere.
