I ordered the prime grade beef ribs sometime ago and they were meaty, great marbling, and had little fat to trim. My most recent order had more fat on them and I notified Creekstone of this concern. The Creekstone Team took immediate action and sent out a replacement order at no cost which arrived within a couple of day. The quality of the meat is exceptional but I think what impressed me the most was the top notch customer service and the integrity of the Creekstone Team!!!!
