Daniel M. Iām a big fan and customer of Creekstone so it pains me to write this review but thereās definitely room for improvement. As you can see from the photo there was very little marbling even when compared to the Creekstoneās prime ribeye and it was cut to only 3/4ā thick- high end steaks should be 1-1.5 inch thick, right? Their prime ribeye has more flavor at a better price. I think the company needs to make some adjustments to make this product meet consumer expectations.
