Creekstone Farms St Louis Spareribs are alway’s the “BEST”, 10 Stars for the quality of meat. I cannot purchase my spareribs from anyone but them. The service is excellent. The meat is very tender. And delicious. I rate them very, very high!

I'm not sure where to start. These were tiny ribs, not meaty at all like you want, especially for competition. They had the strangest bone fragments and were so crooked. I didn't even bother cooking them, unfortunately, and threw them in the trash, which was a giant waste of money. Highly recommend looking elsewhere as these were the worst ribs (of any kind) I have ever seen.

The ribs arrived when scheduled, cooked on July 1 st . Very good flavor, and smelled fresh when the shrink wrap was cut opened, not a smell that’s associated with being wrapped a long time as in supermarkets. They were very meaty without a lot of fat for weight.

These ribs were served with the Creekstone brisket. Guests couldn't decide which they wanted more of was the only problem. Amazing.
