Burger Pucks

Fantastic Smash Burgers with an amazing flavor profile. We buy half a beef locally each year so know what good burger tastes like. This 81/19 brisket chuck blend is now our go to burger patty.

Packaging is perfect 4 pucks per package. I take a pack out of the freezer on my way to work and they are ready for the Yoder Smoker when I get home.

Totally worth it

This is a big pack, but I ended up splitting it up amongst a few friends. These smash burgers are like what you get in great burger places. Excellent meat quality and super juicy! Suggest getting a burger press so you can flatten these out properly, and all they need is some simple garlic salt, onion powder, pepper seasoning.
