Only cooked two so far. Disappointed. Thin. Chewy. Not what I expected from prime beef. Had better steaks at a local butcher.

They were cooked to medium rare and they were chewy, but had good flavor. Disappointing.

Disappointing
Let me start by saying I have been buying from Creekstone for many years and recommend them to all my friends. However this is the first time that I have been really disappointed. The steaks were very tough and lacked flavor. I will continue to purchase other cuts that I have continue to enjoy
