    Great quality

    I must say these steaks were great quality and I will definitely be buying again. Meat was very flavorful, tender, and the beef flavor was great. Dry Salt brine overnight, then fresh crack pepper with garlic powder. Toss em’ on the grill…Great steaks. Saw a few reviews about steaks being chewy, note you can’t get a tender steak, if it’s cold when you cook/grill it. Got to let it come to room temp. Happy grilling?🫡

    Great service and great quality, petty complaint though 2 steaks were 12.1 and 12.2 oz respectfully unopened in the cryovac but 4 were 10.9-11.1 and were shorts.
