When I first ordered these, I wasn't sure what to expect when it mentioned it was a puck. I thawed a few packs out and got a burger press. Fired up a skillet and mashed them down with some sea salt and pepper. They got a good crust and were still nice and juicy. Flavor was awesome with minimal seasonings. my in laws wanted me to put all sorts of extra seasoning on them but I told them to trust the system and give it a go. We all love them, even my 2 year old eats an entire burger, quietly and happily munches through it. Just ordered my second batch and look forward to the same quality and flavor.
