    I was a bit disappointed in this one due to the amount of fat on it and through the middle section of the filets after cutting them. I trimmed quite a bit leaving the filet's to be pretty small. It was advertised as 7-9lbs and was definitely on the smaller side. I'll try again if they advertise larger ones to get bigger cuts out of it.

    WHOLE TENDERLOIN

    My only complaint is the product arrived thawed and I wish it was still frozen. The size of the tenderloin was large and impressive. We have a family of 4 with two kids that are 9 and 12 and we are all pretty big eaters and 1/4 of the entire tendon was enough to feed us all for dinner with a little left over. We paid top dollar for this meat and I expected the best and so far this beef lives up to the hype. Not only was is exploding with flavor and just delicious but was very tender and easy to cut and chew. I've had a lot of beef in my life and this cut was different than anything i've had in the past due to the flavor, texture and tenderness. At this point in time I'm willing to give this product a 5 star review but would like to see future shipments arrive completely frozen. Great product Creekstone!
