    Great service and great quality, petty complaint though 2 steaks were 12.1 and 12.2 oz respectfully unopened in the cryovac but 4 were 10.9-11.1 and were shorts.

    Only cooked two so far. Disappointed. Thin. Chewy. Not what I expected from prime beef. Had better steaks at a local butcher.
