The brisket was packaged well and shipped quickly. The meat was good.... but not a lot of it. On one side of the flat, the fat was twice as thick as the meat. Cut off a good chunk of the end while trimming. Meat was only about a 3/8" - 1/2" thick on almost half of the flat. The point had almost no meat on the top. Basically meat on the bottom side, about 1/2" thick. Was a little disappointed.
