Won’t order again.

Meat wasn’t fully frozen when it arrived. The burgers I made with it were just ok. Not worth the splurge at all. Nothing great. Much prefer local fresh ground!

No flavor

The consistency of the beef is not tender hamburger, no fat, and hard. I wanted leaner than the pucks...but with the flavor. Not what I expected.

Best ground beef and pucks

This beef is great tasting and you won’t go wrong using it for burgers, chili, tacos or whatever.
The pucks are AWESOME. Best burgers you’ll ever eat. This has become our Sunday night tradition. For a bigger burger we cut 1 puck into 3rds and combine 1/3 with each of the remaining 3 pucks. Just right to cover the bun.
