Exactly right!

Our first opportunity to try Creekstone strips. More than met my expectations. Individual packaging very good. Steaks had proper thickness and were trimmed right without so much fat.
Grilled up perfectly to rare/medium rare. Very happy with juiciness. Creekstone is now my 'go to' for strip steak, very happy!
