    Outstanding Taste and Texture

    These are top quality outside skirts with superior flavor and texture. This is the third time I’ve purchased and prepared them and my guests always rave about them. I did have to do some extra trimming of fat and membrane this time unlike in the past, but that wouldn’t stop me from buying again. It’s hard to find USDA Prime outside skirt and these are the real deal.

    Not frozen on arrival

    Review was based on my first impression upon opening the box. This was my first order from Creekstone. I opened the package 35 min after fedx delivered (they didn’t knock/ring the bell)…steaks were completely thawed. Not a fan of the recommendation to refreeze $150 worth of skirts. I’ve ordered many times (20+) from snake river farms and only ever had one issue with thawing…in mid July and that was partial at best. They use dry ice and not gel packs - maybe that’s the difference. If these are as good as I hope , I’ll try again. Just letting people know what to potentially expect with delivery. Shipment was 2 day fedex and I live in CT (daytime temp was high 50-low 60’s).
