I am somewhat of a burger snob, and I’ve had every style of meat you can think of. Both frozen and fresh. These pucks are a nice high quality beef. They grill up well, have great flavor, and are priced good for the care that goes into the packaging. I’m on my 3rd case and will continue to purchase these as my go-to burger meat.

1/4lb can be a little small, so I tend to combine these into 1/3lb by splitting 1 of the pucks into thirds.

Simple, Creekstone is the unrivaled best.

My first time smoking these, used my brisket process including a overnight rest at 145 degrees, absolutely amazingly delicious, turned one 3 bone slab into burnt ends per the All Things Bbq recipe, butcher paper was saturated with rendered fat and these ribs were juicy and tender,

This is absolutely not critical of the wagyu. Just an idea. As always, Creekstone delivered amazing. This was my first wagyu brisket. My comment is that the non-wagyu briskets they provide are just so amazing they are hard to top. Was the wagyu great? Absolutely. Are my taste buds able to notice a clear difference? Nope.

Again, that's hardly a criticism!

First of all fantastic job on packaging. The best hamburger that I’ve ever cooked and I have cooked a lot of them. I love how juicy it was. Yes I recommended and I will buy again.
