Had heard about Creekstone for some time now and finally decided to try a brisket. I have always gotten my briskets from SRF (snake river farms) I must say I was very impressed with Creekstone Farms. Had to do some trimming but not too much which I appreciated. It came out fantastic and I will definitely be ordering again!
All the best BBQ joints in Texas use Creekstone Farms, and it's obvious why. I bought the prime brisket, and my objective was to replicate that BBQ restaurant quality and flavor, on my backyard smoker at home. Objective achieved! 10 out of 10, will buy again. Reference my IG for pics/video @ch.bbq
