    Spectacular

    My first time smoking these, used my brisket process including a overnight rest at 145 degrees, absolutely amazingly delicious, turned one 3 bone slab into burnt ends per the All Things Bbq recipe, butcher paper was saturated with rendered fat and these ribs were juicy and tender,

    Excellent Beef Ribs

    We have always been wanting to smoke beef ribs but could never find any, until now. We ordered some from Creekstone Farms and smoked them until the internal temp reached just over 200 degrees. They were simply delicious. We will be ordering more in the future.

    Bone in beef ribs

    I thought they were a little thin on the bone end but they were good after cooking. Previous ribs was more uniform in thickness.
