PACKAGING:Â Product will ship frozen and individually vacuum sealed.Â
STORAGE: Product has been froze before the fresh use-by date. Keep frozen until you are ready to thaw and cook.
These Competition Briskets differs slightly from our Standard Briskets. These briskets will have a 1" fat cap and will not have any lean exposure on the main body of the brisket.
